b'Nic Esposito is director of the Zero Waste and Litter Cabinet for the city of Philadelphia. Previ-ously, he served as a PowerCorpsPHL project manager and then as sustainability manager for the citys Parks & Recreation department. He was selected by the Managing Directors Office to take on the challenge of creating a coordinated public and private sector plan to address the citys litter problem, part of an effort to set Philadelphia on a path to Zero Waste by 2035. Mr. Esposito is also the co-manager of Emerald Street Community Farm in Kensington, where he lives with his wife and two sons.Thomas Farley, M.D., who has been commissioner of health for Philadelphia since 2016, has led the citys response in 2020 to the coronavirus pandemic. His department is also working to reduce the number of outlets selling tobacco products and alcohol in low-income neighborhoods, improve child health, and address the opioid crisis. From 2009 to 2014, Dr. Farley was commissioner of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. There, he advocated for innovative public health policies, including prohibiting price discounting of cigarettes, raising the legal sales age for tobacco to 21, and restricting the burning of air-polluting fuels to heat buildings.Saba Khan, M.D., is director of the Healthy Weight Food Pharmacy, a part of the Healthy Weight Program at Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia. She graduated from Kings College London School of Medicine and completed internships in London and New York City. Dr. Khan completed her residency in pediatrics at CHOP and is now an attending physician with the Healthy Weight Program and the CHOP Care Network. She also is an assistant professor of pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and a CHOP PolicyLab faculty scholar. Michael OBryan is director of learning at The Village of Arts and Humanities in North Philadelphia. He joined The Village in 2015 as a program manager and later served as director of youth and young adult programs before moving into his current role. He is a Corzo Fellow at the Corzo Center for the Creative Economy at the University of the Arts and an Innovation Fellow at Drexel Universitys Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation. Mr. OBryan has a bachelors degree in music from the University of the Arts and a graduate certificate in Childhood Trauma Studies from Thomas Jefferson University. 39'
