Ms. Evelyn’s second-grade reporters recently learned that yoga has many health benefits. Yoga exercises your body and helps you breathe slowly.

According to, yoga: 

1. Calms you down

2. Helps you still your mind

3. Relaxes you

4. Reduces stress

5. Helps you sleep better

6. Builds stronger bones and muscles
