By Chloe, DePaul Healthy Trailblazer Journal | Bullying is a very sensitive and serious topic and it can really make a change in people’s lives.
It can involve people talking about others for their benefit or maybe just because the person is different. A lot of people think bullying is a joking matter. But it’s really not. People who are victims of bullying could end up hurting themselves. Or, they could become bullies just to fit in or so they won’t be the victims anymore.
To fix or stop bullying, we can stand up for the victims or we could try and get the bully help. We could find out why they choose to pick on and make fun of others.
But if we are victims, we should all learn to stand up for ourselves. It won’t be easy, but that’s OK. We are all in this together.
