Healthy NewsWorks reporters this year are on focusing on the theme Caring for Our Community and Ourselves and considering topics such as public art, street safety, and noise pollution. 

We are also welcoming submissions from kids who are not in the program but have a story to tell. Ezra, a 7th grader living in Montreal, took this photograph to illustrate street safety in his community.

We’d like to publish even more submissions like Ezra’s! On our By Kids, For Kids site, we publish photographs, illustrations, articles, and blog posts from students who participate in our program and from kids in the region—even kids around the world! So, parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles—anyone with kids in their lives—send us your kids’ submissions!
