By Aleem’n, La Salle Academy Healthy News | Walking is healthy for your immune system. It helps your body more, and it’s good for your legs. You should walk 60 minutes a day. I would like to actually walk more instead of getting in a car and driving all the time with my mom and my sister. I want other people to know how much walking can do for your body and how it boosts your health. I would encourage them by telling and showing them what it can do for you.
