By Evangel, 8th grade | November 2021 … The way I heal is by drawing/coloring while listening to music in my room. If I don’t have music, I watch TV just to relax. Or I will call my friends and talk to them. Another way I heal is by dancing/singing my feelings away. This helps me because I focus on something else than sitting with my thoughts.
