| By John, 2nd grade | April 2021 … I recently made a delicious smoothie using my favorite food — a banana — and other ingredients that my family had in our refrigerator and freezer. I’d like to teach you how to make it, too.
My smoothie had almond milk, spinach, frozen mango, blueberries and a banana. I used a whole banana, a small glass of almond milk, a few mango pieces, and a handful each of blueberries and spinach, but if you decide to make a smoothie, you can use the amounts of those ingredients that you like to fit your tastes.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and watch them mix together, which is really fun to see. Then, drink up and enjoy!
