November 2019 … Healthy NewsWorks is now in its 17th year of working with elementary and middle school student journalists to deliver our unique program focused on building healthier communities through student newswriting.
As our fall fundraising campaign begins, Moriah Hall, M.P.H., one of our board members, has shared her reflections on what resonates most about Healthy NewsWorks. “It so clearly demonstrates how literacy and school-based learning impact a child’s healthy future,” she says.
